The combination of chocolate and pear is a timeless classic that delights the palate with its balance of flavors.

The juicy sweetness of the pear marries perfectly with the intensity of the chocolate, creating a refined and irresistible dessert.

Today, thanks to chef Federica Continanza, we present a water version of this dessert, light but equally delicious, ideal for those looking for a pleasure without too much guilt.

Let's find out together how to prepare it...

The ingredients we need are 200 g of 00 flour, 25 g of bitter cocoa powder, 150 g of sugar, 250 g of water, 50 ml of seed oil, 6 small pears and a sachet of baking powder.

1. We mix flour, sugar and cocoa
2. Add the water and mix
3. Add the oil and the yeast sachet
4. Prepare the cake tin with baking paper (alternatively butter if you are not vegan)
5. We pour a layer of cream
6. Cut the pears into slices, leaving the cap aside to use it as a final decoration
7. Add the pear slices
8. We pour a new layer of cream
9. Place the previously prepared pear cap on the top as a decoration. (See photo)

...all you have to do is taste it!
