You can send an email at the address info@simanisartoria.com , our staff will contact you as soon as possible with all the instructions.
Please remember that the product must be intact and in its original packaging.
Once it arrives at our warehouses, we will inspect it and send you the refund.
If Simani Sartoria is responsible for the damage to the product, you will be fully refunded, including shipping costs.
If you would like a replacement product, you can place a new order on our website.

The beginnings
Simani Industrie was born in the late 90s in the heart of
from Garfagnana, Tuscany, as a company specializing in the production of disposable garments and professional clothing for the industrial and healthcare sectors.
Our company, family-run for three generations, has lived in the
years of evolution and change, always adapting to the world around it.
Simani Industrie was founded to produce disposable garments for the industrial sector and specializes in gowns, coveralls, and other personal protective equipment for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. Our experience in this sector was essential during the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing us to establish a large and well-structured Made in Italy production of technical garments suitable for hospital healthcare workers, who were struggling due to a shortage of PPE needed to keep doctors, nurses, and visitors safe.
The Ho.Re.Ca. sector
Over the years we have developed the sector market in parallel
Ho.Re.Ca, dedicating ourselves to eco-sustainable products for service and take-away, but
always keeping the garment production line active, including
even the professional kitchen ones to which we have decided to dedicate this
catalog and its own brand.
Today, Simani Sartoria is the brand under which we create our chef uniforms, professional aprons, shirts, and kitchen trousers for restaurants, bistros, hotels, bars, and catering.
