"In the Kitchen with Us": Episode of 03/22/2024

The professional clothing of our tailor accompanied his culinary skill as he prepared a delicious and healthy dish that combines intense and genuine flavours, perfect for a meal rich in flavor and nutrients: the onioned egg.

In this episode she was joined by Cinzia Pastacaldi, representative of the Pastacaldi di Signa company renowned for the production of onions.

The chef masterfully used onions (white, golden and red) as the main ingredient, underlining the differences between the various types and their health benefits, such as the natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibiotic effect.

This collaboration between our tailoring and the culinary universe has given life to a unique and engaging experience, demonstrating once again how fashion and gastronomy can meet in harmony.
