Rai1's morning was enriched, once again, by the presence of the chef decorator Claudio Menconi hosted on the program UnoMattina Estate hosted by Alessandro Greco.
Wearing the fresh Maestro model outfit consisting of a linen shirt and a 100% cotton apron, with eco-leather pockets for food carving tools, the chef delighted the audience with his culinary creativity by offering recipes without the use of stoves.
He created three dishes: " marinated red beetroot croissant " filled with stracciatella pugliese, ricotta and courgettes; " bruschetta su fiore allegro ", composed of carrots, cherry tomatoes, organ and cucumber; " fried egg with tomato stain " composed of Greek yogurt, honey, apricot and, the "tomato", composed of strawberries and sugar.
Nice ideas to encourage the little ones to eat fruit and vegetables.
