Chef Federica Continanza was the protagonist of the XVIII Truffle Market Exhibition, recently held in Carbone, in the province of Potenza.
The Exhibition, which celebrates one of the most prized gastronomic treasures of our territory – the white truffle – saw a large participation of the public, all enthusiastic about attending a real feast of taste.
