The Exhibition, which celebrates one of the most prized gastronomic treasures of our territory – the white truffle – saw a large participation of the public, all enthusiastic about attending a real feast of taste.
During the event he prepared genuine and traditional dishes, rediscovering the authentic flavors of his roots. An interpretation of the truffle, which was able to mix modernity and traditional culinary art.
