In this lesson the cook Federica Continanza, wearing our chef's uniform, taught some of the most loved dishes of the Tuscan tradition: gnudi, ravioli, Tuscan ragù and meatballs whose recipes were handed down by her grandmother.
He told us how incredibly rewarding it is to see the enthusiasm of the participants as they learn.
This Cooking Class was much more than just a cooking lesson: it was an opportunity to celebrate a cultural heritage and to give participants an authentic and profound experience.
As in tailoring, it is important that every gesture is done with attention, love and dedication. In both arts it is the love for detail that makes each creation unique and special.
