On this occasion, chef Claudio Menconi stood outby wearing the Navale model chef's jacket from our tailoring shop with elegance and style.
The chef contributed to making the evening a triumph of flavors and traditions by personally taking care of the food carving show with which he delighted the guests present.
The evening ended with a toast to the memory of Bellandi, a man who believed in the territory and worked to enhance its excellence.
