An evening dedicated to celebrating local agri-food products and the people who passionately promote them was held in Ghivizzano.
On this occasion, Chef Claudio Menconi stood out by elegantly and stylishly wearing the Navale model chef's jacket from our tailor's shop.
The chef helped make the evening a triumph of flavors and traditions by personally overseeing the food carving show with which he delighted the guests in attendance.
The evening ended with a toast in memory of Bellandi, a man who believed in the local area and worked to promote its excellence.
