His artistic streak, his mastery of carving and his attention to reducing waste have always distinguished the chef decorator Claudio Menconi.

In every event he manages to conquer and amaze the lucky ones present and this was also the case recently in an enchanting location where he delighted the guests of a private event with extraordinary floral sculptures made with fruit and vegetables while wearing the Star Anise model chef's jacket sewn specifically for him from our tailor shop.
