In Friday's episode, we had the pleasure of seeing Chef Federica Continanza wear the Lollipop jacket from our tailoring workshop, already known and appreciated on other occasions. Alongside her was Nicola Mangoni, an entrepreneur who runs a company located in the evocative lands of the Pistoia area, specializing in the production of cooked vegetables. His company is committed to offering products free from preservatives and additives, respecting the genuineness and authenticity of Tuscan farming tradition. This approach meets the needs and expectations of modern consumers while preserving the flavor and taste that recall the roots of Tuscan cuisine.
The delicious recipe presented by the chef is Pasqualina tart and black cabbage gnudi. A creation that, we imagine, made many mouths water.
