"In the Kitchen with Us": Episode of 04/12/2024

In Friday's episode we had the pleasure of seeing chef Federica Continanza wearing the Lollipop jacket from our tailoring shop, already known and appreciated on other occasions. Next to her, there was Nicola Mangoni, entrepreneur, who runs a company located in the suggestive lands of Pistoia which deals with the production of cooked vegetables. His company is committed to offering products free of preservatives and additives, respecting the genuineness and authenticity of the Tuscan peasant tradition. This approach allows us to satisfy the needs and expectations of modern consumers, keeping intact the flavor and taste that recall the roots of Tuscan cuisine.
The delicious recipe presented by the chef is the Easter cake and gnudi with black cabbage . A creation which, we imagine, made many people's mouths water.
